Pitars  

Made from pure Friulano grapes, an indigenous variety of Friuli, this wine reflects the authentic character of its terroir. Grown on the gravelly alluvial soils of Friuli Grave and harvested in early September, it undergoes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve its fresh, varietal aromas. The result is a refined and balanced white wine with lively acidity, delicate fruit, and a long, elegant finish—an expression of Friuli’s winemaking heritage.
