Rola Pipa is a white wine from Pico island known for its elegant aromas where fresh fruit, algae, and minerality beautifully combine. The grapes are delicately pressed to extract their best qualities, with fermentation lasting three weeks at 15ºC. Aged on lees for 10 months, this wine offers depth and a vibrant palate finishing with a lasting salty note.
