Congiura

Castello Del Trebbio  

Congiura is a bold blend and a successful experiment from Castello del Trebbio, bringing together Pinot Grigio, Riesling, and Manzoni Bianco from hillside vineyards with rocky, well-drained soils. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in tonneaux, this white wine balances freshness with complexity. Aromas of orchard fruits, blossoms, and minerality lead to a rounded, persistent palate. A versatile companion to seafood pasta, white meats, or fresh cheese, it drinks beautifully now but deepens with a few years in the bottle.
