This wine comes from Jurassic clay-limestone soils on steep slopes with 90-year-old Chardonnay vines. It is traditionally vinified, mostly aged in new oak barrels, offering a bright golden yellow color, complex aromas of exotic fruits, brioche, and vanilla, with a rich, woody palate featuring apricot and dried coconut notes. Ideal with foie gras, lobster, and creamy dishes, with aging potential of 10 years.
