OM Giró

Oliver Moragues Winery  

OM Giró is crafted from the rare native Giró ros grape of Mallorca, known for complex viticulture and very low yields. The 2024 vintage is produced from two harvests to balance verticality and structure, with fermentation in first-year French oak barrels. It shows a gold color, spicy and fruity nose with pineapple and ripe apple aromas, and offers a palate of great structure, freshness, and a long finish.
