Made from 100% Cortese grapes grown at 300 m a.s.l. on ferrous-clay to calcareous soils; hand-harvested, softly pressed, fermented at 15 °C, aged 7 months on fine lees with weekly batonnage; minerally, expressive of white fruits and flowers, lively with classic almond finish.
