Cultivated with environmental respect on east-west facing slopes at 190 meters above sea level, this white wine captures the essence of its origin with a vivid mineral backbone. Aged briefly in stainless steel and then rested in bottle, Giova is a fresh yet structured white, offering aromas of acacia blossom, ripe pear, and almond. On the palate, it showcases a bright acidity, saline tension, and impressive length, making it a vibrant partner to seafood and soft cheeses.
