This 2021 Albillo Mayor comes from very old vines in Peñaranda de Duero and Gumiel de Izán at 860–900 meters. Straw yellow with bright flickers, it shows aromas of apple, pear, stone fruits, and subtle herbs. Fresh and well-balanced on the palate, it pairs perfectly with small game, mushrooms, pasta with white sauces, foie, seafood, and crustaceans, offering an elegant and persistent finish.
