A natural, skin-macerated white wine made with a native Catalan variety, vinified in the traditional “Brisat” style. Crafted with minimal intervention—no added sulfites, unfiltered, and unfined—it offers depth, structure, and freshness. From certified organic vineyards planted in 1993 and 2013 on shallow limestone soils.
