Medium-deep golden color, with discreet yet varied aromas of ripe yellow apples, fine oak, bread crust, and salted caramel. Dry, with high acidity, thick and massive texture, full body, balanced structure, and persistent buttery, clove, and honey notes. Very long finish, with classic Fojana tension and verticality.
