“Les Capucins” Côtes du Rhône Villages White 2023

Domaine Galevan  

A white wine blend of 40% Roussanne, 40% Marsanne, and 20% Clairette grown on clay-limestone soils. Fermented partly in new barrels and partly in stainless steel, then aged 6 months, it shows a mineral and subtly spiced nose with nutmeg, bergamot, almonds, and verbena. Rich and complex on the palate with an aniseed, mineral finish.
