Vinha do Marreco

Quinta De Sant'Ana  

Made from 100% Arinto grapes, organically certified. Whole bunch pressed, fermented in used French oak barriques with ambient yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation and 24 months lees aging in barrel. Then aged 12 months in stainless steel before bottling. The 2018 vintage faced weather challenges but benefited from coastal climate, resulting in a wine with remarkable natural acidity despite a late summer heatwave.
