Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards (1,200m) in the Cerdanya region. It is a fresh and fruity wine named after the nearby Sierra del Cadí. The wine is manually harvested and aged at least 6 months in selected 500L barrels.
