This convivial Chianti Superiore blends 85% Sangiovese with 15% Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo, sourced from about 30 hectares of medium loam soil with marl. Harvested by machine for optimal ripeness, it undergoes natural yeast fermentation and aging in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine offers aromas of red berries, spices, and floral notes, with a medium body, balanced acidity, and velvety tannins, making it a fresh and versatile Tuscan red ideal for a variety of traditional dishes.
