A bold and full-bodied Shiraz grown in the cool maritime climate of Elim near Cape Agulhas, known for its distinctive black pepper intensity and complex aromas of black cherry, lavender, and blackberry. Matured 13 months in French oak barrels, designed to age gracefully for at least a decade.
