The wine is deep, ruby-red, harmonious, and fresh, with aromas of cherry, blackberry, pomegranate, and black currant, with light notes of roasted hazelnuts and vanilla. The taste is balanced, and soft, with fine tannins and a long silky aftertaste.
Food Pairings
This wine tastes really great with beef steak with cherry sauce, cheeses with character, duck breast.
