XXI 2021 is a terroir-driven red blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from the historic Riede Wiesthalen vineyard in Vienna’s 21st district. Aged 24 months in small barrels and bottled unfiltered, it offers deep ruby garnet color, rich dark berry and cassis notes, silky tannins, and a long, mineral-infused finish—a powerful tribute to Bisamberg’s ancient winemaking heritage.
