Castelão
Sourced from the historic "Chão dos Eremitas" vineyard planted in 1970, this is a rare 100% Castelão wine from Fita Preta that pays tribute to the ancient viticultural legacy of the Alentejo. Rooted in granitic-limestone soils and crafted using traditional methods—long skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in oak—this wine is a striking expression of purity, finesse, and terroir. With a delicate ruby hue, refined aromatics, and a textured, elegant palate, it redefines Castelão with modern precision and historic depth.
