This Beaune Premier Cru comes from the "Aux Cras" climat located on the left side of the Beaune Mountain at 250 meters altitude with east to southeast exposure. The Beaune appellation, the largest AOC in Côte d’Or, features diverse profiles depending on vineyard location, with northern wines being intense and southern wines supple and round. This wine shows a beautiful dark garnet color with violet hints. The nose is delicate with floral aromas (violets, roses) alongside blackcurrant and blackberry buds. The palate offers minerality, elegance, subtle spice, and a slightly salty, refreshing finish. Well-balanced and rich, it has fine aging potential.
