Cutaja is Caruso & Minini’s tribute to Nero d’Avola—the noble grape often hailed as the prince of Sicilian viticulture. Born from a vineyard with exceptional character, this wine is hand-harvested in early September, then aged for 24 months in French and American oak. The result is a deep, expressive red with a layered bouquet of red fruit, herbs, and cacao, and a velvety, powerful structure.
