The grapes are harvested between the second and third week of September, on the day
varies according to the vintage and the degree of ripeness.
In the shortest time possible they are pressed and left to macerate in stainless steel tanks, in the meantime the fermentation process begins. In 10-12 days the
the transformation of sugars into alcohol is completed and we proceed with the racking, which
will be followed by malolactic fermentation in steel or cement , where Tantevi is refined for at least 6-9 months before being bottled in the summer.
Chardonnay, Moscato Bianco, Barbera, Pinot Noir, Cortese, Favorita, Sangiovese
