Tasting
This wine offers a very deep garnet color with purple highlights. Its powerful and fine nose at the same time presents intense aromas of red and black fruits and spices. A woody note accompanies it with finesse without masking it. The attack on the palate is supple and powerful, we find our initial aromas. The tannic structure brings a remarkable fullness and ensures longevity over time.
Pairing and service
Serve decanted between 16 and 18° with wild boar stew or roasted game. It will keep for 10 years or more.
