Wine son of Tuscany, base of the most prestigious Italian wines. Vinified, matured in purity, it expresses the territory in which it is grown with its aromas and flavors. A territory of volcanic origin, very rich in minerals, located at a height of 320 meters above sea level. and with loamy clay characteristics and a good presence of fine skeleton. It has an intense deep purple colour. It is clear on the nose with marked hints of blackberries and cherries. Harmonious wine in which structure, softness and freshness of the vine from which it comes coexist pleasantly. Pleasant note of acidity that gives it a lively personality.

Grape yield: 60 quintals per hectare.
Vinification
Harvest carried out strictly by hand in boxes with careful selection of the individual bunches.
Vinification in our cellar in thermo-conditioned steel tanks to control the fermentation temperature which never exceeds 25 ° C for a slow mashing and with maximum conservation of all the aromas and flavors of the grapes.
The Sangiovese ages for about 12 months in stainless steel tanks, on the noble lees. When the wine has the characteristics of the right maturity it is bottled. Rest for a minimum of six months in an environment suitable for the best qualitative evolution.
Pairings
structured pasta first courses, legume, vegetable and bread soups, meat-based second courses, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. A good sour shoulder makes it a perfect match even on fish dishes with a strong flavor.
