This field blend of heritage grapes—Tinta Carvalha, Castelão, Moreto, Alfrocheiro, and Trincadeira—comes from vines planted in 1970 at the historic “Chão dos Eremitas.” Shaped by granitic soils, mountain-fed coolness, and traditional vinification, this wine is a vibrant testament to pre-modern Alentejo—fresh, structured, and full of depth.
