Mio is Savignola’s vision of a pure Sangiovese wine, crafted from hand-selected grapes from the “Vigneto del Pozzo” vineyard. Slow-matured in large French oak barrels, it shows clear ruby red color, delicate aromas of balsamic notes, cherries, and licorice, with a fresh, lively, and balanced palate, culminating in a soft and persistent finish.
