This wine is an expression of our goal of authentic sustainable agriculture and, together with the cone (pine cone), symbolizes regeneration and eternal life. Its name, Sarnero, represents our children who are the embodiment of this future.

When you place an order for the wines, the winery will receive your request and return to you with an answer if they are able to ship the quantity of wine bottles you requested to your location.
If the winery is able to fulfil your order, they will quote you a total price for the purchase that includes taxes, shipping and other handling fees - the price quoted above is the product price exclusive of these additional costs. You can choose to accept or reject this quote.
If you accept, the winery will be responsible for the sales, shipping and subsequent communication with you, the customer, to realise the transaction.

Grape variety Pinot Noir 100% Alcohol 14% Vinification and aging 100%
Pinot Noir grapes hand-picked in a selected lot of the highest vineyard in the company.
Whole bunch pressing with fermentation in steel at around 25°. Aged in second or third passage barriques for a year and another year in the bottle.
Aroma and Flavor Transparent garnet red. On the nose vanilla, cinnamon, blackberry, fresh plum, balsamic notes in the mouth a good acidity balanced by well-integrated tannins. Certified organic vineyard with southern exposure at 490 – 530 meters above sea level. Ocean floor soil, consisting of sedimentary clay, gravelly sands and alluvial silt with marine fossils (shells and oysters). Density c.5200 vines/ha. Yield 35hl/ha. Guyot training system.
