Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC Limited Edition 2017- Tenute Fasoli Lorena
Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a full-bodied, intensely colored wine. It is the natural evolution of Valpolicella Classico. Obtained only and exclusively from the same native grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara . This Limited Edition is aged more than 1 year, in concrete and then in second hand oak french barrels.

Vinification in concrete, aging for a short time in small second-use French oak barriques. Intense colour, ruby tending towards garnet, full-bodied taste with aromas of cherry, spice with notes of tobacco, green tea. It goes well with first courses, white and red meats, stews, game, medium-sized cheeses.
