Named after Tsar Peter the Great, who reputedly cured his stomach pains with Cahors wine. This refined wine has a soft texture, notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, and coated tannins. It is elegant, well-balanced, and pairs excellently with stewed meats, duck, spicy, or exotic dishes.
