Cantina Mancini: A Hidden Gem in Tuscany
Red Wine from Sangioves 80% and Canaiolo 20%. Fermentation and first aging in concrete oak for six months. Final aging in 500lt barrels for 12 months. Great nose of red fruits, rose, vanilla, spices. Medium acidity ad velvet tannins on the mouth.

Wine produced with grapes from 55-year-old vines on the hills of Valdichiana.
Spontaneous fermentation in concrete barrels. First refinement in concrete for 6 months and elevation in oak tonneau for 12 months.
Notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, currants, black cherries. Medium acidity and ripe tannins.
