Tasting Notes
Rich, bright green-yellow paling a litt- le at the rim. Wonderfully juicy notes of fruit on the nose, ripe green apple, elegant spiciness, fine hints of stone fruit, some grape sugar and fine vegetal notes reminiscent of elderflower and nettle. Wonderfully crisp, dense and elegant on the palate, rich in finesse, ripe stone fruit, plea- sant undertone of herbal spiciness, hint of white pepper, fresh minerality, subtle acid structure, balanced and juicy, robust body, fine grapefruit with Golden Delicious apple in the wonderfully long-lasting finish. A Grüner Veltliner rich in fi- nesse that is the perfect companion to any dish.
