Irancy Paradis is a robust and characterful red wine primarily from Pinot Noir, with up to 10% César grape adding rich tannins and deep color. It features a complex fruity bouquet of blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, with floral, licorice, and peppery notes. The palate is velvety and firm with good acidity, offering excellent aging potential (3 to 10 years or more).
